Baronne Street Lofts, LLC (the owner of the condominiums at 835 Julia St.) does not take reservations, but we will contract to sell condominiums prior to the completion of construction. Condominiums placed under contract pre-completion are sold at a discount. Earnest money equal to 10% of the purchase price or a Letter of Credit in the amount of 20% of the purchase price must be deposited with the closing attorney, Winsberg & Winsberg.
