Redmellon restoration and Development

835 Julia Street is a co-development between Redmellon, JWD Development, and Billy Good.  The three principles are Jon Drennan, Neal Morris and Billy Good.

Together, Neal, Jon and Billy have developed over 400 units of multifamily housing in Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida that ranges from temporary housing for construction workers, to modern design townhouses, to single family detached homes. And of course condominiums in downtown New Orleans.  The General contractor for the project is JW Drennan, LLC construction.  Specializing in high-end renovation work, JW Drennan, LLC is the contractor responsible for 1136 Camp St., one of the 6 featured homes on the Preservation Resource Center's Garden District Holiday Tour of Homes.
